A reliable and stable internet connection with good bandwidth is recommended to avoid errors such as connectivity issues. During trading hours if users encounter any problems/ doubt in placing orders the user can contact the broker dealer to place order directly on behalf of client (subject to cash availability) through telephone. Clients have to use genuine licensed Operating system with Antivirus protection (up-to-date) in the devices used to connect.

Dont's:

Users should not forget to logout after completion of online trading. Do not share any confidential information to any third party (such as user login, password, OTP etc..). HCM will not take any responsibility requesting Brokers to buy/sell shares through social engineering chat such as (Whatapp, Instagram. SMS etc..) where there is no record maintained by HCM. The client has to take the risk for any errors or misinformation provided related to the order request.
