Muscat, 21 Sep (ONA) — The Central Bank of Oman (CBO) said that some of its Payment Systems are experiencing intermittent interruptions in view of a technical issue since early morning today.

The CBO has affirmed in a statement that the specialized teams are working on the issue and the services will be resumed as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, CBO has directed the banks and payment services providers to process certain payment services via other alternative payment networks.
