MSX Declines 8 Points

Muscat, 24 Feb (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (8.2) points, comprising a decline by (0.20%) to close at (‪‪‪‪4036.70) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (‪‪‪‪‪‪4044.86) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 2,742,044), comprising a rise by (46.3%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 1,874,186).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.097%) to reach about (RO 21.98) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 152,000), comprising (5.54%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 1,113,000), comprising (40.59%). The net non-Omani investment decreased by (35.05%) to (RO 961,000).
