Muscat, 19 Aug (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (7.8) points, comprising a drop by (0.195%) to close at (‪‪‪‪‪3983.07) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (‪‪‪‪‪‪‪3990.84) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 1,822,213), comprising a fall by (31.2%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 2,647,802).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value declined by (0.005%) to reach about (RO 21.61) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 125,000), comprising (6.85%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 592,000), comprising (32.48%). The net non-Omani investment dropped by (25.63%) to (RO 467,000).
