MSX Declines 23 Points

Muscat, 25 Jan (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (23.2) points, comprising a decrease by (0.55%) to close at (‪‪‪‪4178.99) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (‪‪‪‪‪‪4202.15) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 2,618,957), comprising a drop by (13.04%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 3,011,599).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.093%) to reach about (RO 22.33) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 181,000), comprising (6.91%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 182,000), comprising (6.94%). The net non-Omani investment decreased by (0.02%) to (RO 1,000).
