Hassan has over 30 years of experience as investment advisor and portfolio manager. Throughout his career he headed competent investment management teams and managed number of mutual funds currently operate in Oman. He is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Horizons Capital Markets S.O.A.C. He is also Chairman of the Horizons Premier Fund Management Body, who is responsible for Asset allocation and management. Prior to joining Horizons, he was Investment Advisor with Vision Investment Services where he was responsible for the daily management of Oman mutual fund and asset management accounts (discretionary and advisory). Prior to Vision he was Head of Asset Management at Fincorp and Head of Investment Banking Division at Oman and Emirates where he was responsible for managing Majan Fund, Al Amal Fund and institutional accounts. He started his career with State General Reserve Fund in 1991 as Research Analyst. He is MBA from Edinburgh Business School, UK and holds BA in accounting and finance.
